Nutrition:

Nowadays my nutrition is basically very simple, but effective. Good source of protein from low fat food like chicken, turkey, tuna and lean beef (my favourite) and egg whites and carbohydrates comes from rice, potatoes, pasta, fruits, vegetables, bread and oak. Sure some fat is necessary use olive oil for cooking and on salads, but just a little bit and important fish oils I get from supplements.

Guess one reason for this is that after several diets and competitions some years ago I let my weight go up too much and too fast had difficulties to get shape on time, so if I may say the food was too good after events, but I was glad to find the balance and finally system that fits well to my needs and still allows me to enjoy some junk food time to times without too many limitations.

The main thing is to make sure that you have some necessary supplements to support your daily nutrition and you’ll needed vitamins, protein and carbohydrates and minerals and oils and by this way.

It’s important that you’ll find products that fit the best for your needs and your body, so make sure that the quality is good on those products that you’ll choose. There a lot of these on the market, but for a start you’ll need at least these: protein (like Whey), creative monohydrate, combination of vitamins and minerals, fish oils and CLA, glutamine and good source off carbohydrates like maltodextrin etc. for workout, which gives the needed energy. These together will help you to build your muscle, loose fat and recover form workout and maintain and get more strength.
